TGA Specification

The technical specification for the TGA format is provided in two forms: a single .TXT file that is a text version of the specification, and a collection of several files which together comprise a booklet in the form of a Macintosh multi-chapter PageMaker document.

TGA.TXT is a plain ASCII text version of the specification.

cover

COVER is an internal PageMaker format file.

tgafile.ps tgacont.ps

TGAFILE.PS and TGACONT.PS are the primary part of the PostScript specification files.

TGAFF0 is an encapsulated PostScript file embedded in an internal PageMaker format file.

bitorder images.pec pixeld.ata tgacover

These files are encapsulated PostScript files containing other parts of the specification.

TABLE1-TABLE4 and FIG.2 are encapsulated PostScript files containing tables for the specification document.
