ISO MPEG-2 Codec

ISO MPEG Codec (MPEG-2 Encoder/Decoder) is publicly available conversion software able to be compiled on any platform.

This software converts uncompressed video frames into MPEG-1 and MPEG-2 video-coded bitstream sequences, and vice versa.

ISO MPEG-2 Codec is in the directory /software/source/isompeg2 on the CD-ROM. ISO MPEG-2 Codec is from Chadd Fogg and Stefan Eckart.
