Picture Man version 1.55 is a shareware truecolor-processing tool for MS Windows.
Picture Man is designed for truecolor image enhancement, retouching, painting, and the creation of special effects. The software allows you to not only process an image in a selected area, but also to retouch and paint with a variety of filters and transformations.
Picture Man allows you to convert images in the Windows BMP, GIF, TIFF, JPEG, TGA, PCX, and EPS graphics file formats. It also contains an open interface to image file format filters, so you can use it to develop converters for other formats.
