GraphX Viewer v1.51 is a freeware image file viewer and image-processing application for MS Windows.
GraphX Viewer is a poor-man's alternative to Adobe Photoshop. It installs easily, displays files quickly and well, and is well-designed and executed. This program supports BMP, EPS/PS (bitmap only), GIF, JPEG, PCX, PNG, Sun Raster, TGA, TIFF, and XWD image formats. It can produce thumbnail files and is partly designed as an external viewer for Internet browser applications. The program can do rudimentary image processing and color correction, and can save to the various supported formats. A commercial version of GraphX Viewer is available, called WebImage.
