FITSView

FITSView v1.0 is a freeware FITS image viewer for MS Windows.

FITSView provides trouble-free viewing and manipulation of FITS format files using a standard interface, and allows the conversion of FITS format files to BMP. This program is possibly the only easy-to-use FITS viewer in the MS Windows world.

FITSView is in the directory /software/pc/mswin31/fitsview on the CD-ROM. FITSView is from Associated Universities Inc./National Radio Astronomy Observatory.
