clip2gif

clip2gif v0.7.2 is a freeware file conversion utility for the Macintosh.

clip2gif converts a PICT, GIF, TIFF, or JPEG file, a PICT clipboard, or a PICT AE object, to a PICT, GIF, TIFF, or JPEG image. It can handle 1/2/4/8 bits/pixel, transparency, interlacing, gray shades, dithering, and zoom from 1% to 1000% or to an arbitrary size. It can also display images and allows both manual and batch conversions. Comprehensive online help is provided thanks to AppleGuide. clip2gif is fully scriptable and can be used to create images from scratch via AppleScript.
